When I went through perimenopause, I thought I was falling apart. Some days, I thought I might be dying. Bizarre symptoms, the return of anxiety, forgetting words, and darting up at 4am left me feeling completely untethered in a body I no longer recognized.
I had always had a good team of doctors and holistic practitioners. I thought I was doing everything right. Not one person said the word perimenopause.
So I did what I do: I went deep. I spent years poring over medical journals and clinical research, connecting the dots between hormones, the nervous system, gut health, and circadian biology. I built the map I wished someone had handed me.
Now I build that map for you.
This isn't a "what's wrong with me?" season. It's a recalibration. And when you understand what's actually happening in your body and learn to work with it instead of against it, this chapter can become powerful, creative, and even (yes) sexy.
My role is to give you clarity and direction. Thoughtful education, smart priorities, and practical tools you can actually implement. No extreme protocols. No endless DIY spiral. Just clear, grounded guidance so you can get back to your life feeling steadier, sharper, and more like yourself.
